摘要
采用固定床连续流动反应器研究423K、常压下SO2和NO在Na-γ-Al2O3上的吸附性能。研究表明,不论是否存在O2,低温下Na-γ-Al2O3均能同时或单独吸附SO2和NO,O2提高了Na-γ-Al2O3吸附或同时吸附SO2和NO的能力。SO2和NO在Na-γ-Al2O3上吸附时存在相互作用,NO可以促进SO2的吸附,而SO2对NO吸附的影响是多方面的,一方面,SO2促进NO氧化转化,使NO吸附量增加,另一方面,SO2促使NO2脱附,降低了NO吸附量。O2促进了SO2和NO间的相互作用。
The present paper intends to introduce the authors' research on the absorption of SO2 and NO on Na-γ-Al2O3. The research was done by means of experiments in a fixed bed plug flow reactor under the conditions of 423 K and atmospheric pressure. Since SO2 and NO can be adsorbed not only separately but also simultaneously on the sorbent no matter whether there exists O2 or not in the feed gas at low temperatures. Actually, O2 can promote adsorptions of SO2 and NO if O2 is presented in the feed gas. The paper has also studied the interaction between SO2 and NO adsorption on Na-γ-Al2O3. In this connection, he paper proves that the presence of NO is in favor of the adsorption of SO2, whereas the effect of SO2 on adsorption of NO has been made complicated, on the one hand, because SO2 can promote NO adsorption by promoting NO oxidation to form NO2, on the other hand, SO2 can result in the decrease of NO adsorption by accelerating the desorption of NO2. O2 can promote the interaction of SO2 and NO on Na-γ-Al2O3.
