摘要
目的:建立注射用双半胱氨酸药盒中双半胱氨酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,UV 检测波长为230nm。结果:该法线性范围为0~30μg·mL^(-1);平均回收率99.4%,RsD=0.9%,n=7。结论:该法简便可行,结果稳定,可用于对药盒的质控。
Objective:To establish an ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for the determination of ethylenedicysteine in ethylenedicysteine for injection. Method : The UV spectrophotometry is based on absorption of the sample itself. The wavelength of detection was 230 nm. Result: The calibration curve of ethylenedicysteine was linear ( r = 0. 9999)over the range of 0 -30 μg ·mL^-1. The mean recovery was 99.4% and RSD =0. 9% (n =7). Conclusion: This method is simple and easy to do. It may be adopted for quality control of this drug.
