摘要
从土壤中分离并筛选到4个对甜瓜枯萎病菌具有稳定拮抗作用的细菌,经初步鉴定,Y1、Y2、X1、X11均为芽孢杆菌(Bacillussp.)。室内防治试验测定表明,它们对甜瓜枯萎病均有一定的防治效果,其中最好的Y1防治效果可达75.32%。
Four antagonistic bacteria strains were obtained from soils. The four strains （Y1 ,Y2,X1 ,X11） showed high and stable antagonistic effect against fusarium.oxyspirum, f.sp. melonis, They are all Bacillus spp. Used as biocontrol agent against muskmelon fusarium wilt in the greenhouse,they all had some effects on the control of it,and Y1 is the best with the relative control effect of 75.32%.
