摘要
[目的]从土壤中筛选出高效的拮抗菌株.[方法]从果园中分离获得19株对甜瓜枯萎病菌具有抑制作用的拮抗菌,并对其进行抑菌试验,同时对影响拮抗菌株的环境因子进行初步测定.[结果]拮抗菌株S10、S14、S16、47、SY1、SY14发酵液对甜瓜枯萎病菌生长具有显著的抑制作用,在平板上产生的抑菌圈直径为12.25 ~19.50 mm;菌株最适生长温度为30 ~40℃,最适初始pH值为6~7.[结论]通过形态特征和生理生化特征等鉴定,将菌株SY1、SY14、S10、S14、S16、47初步鉴定为小单孢菌、链霉菌和小双孢菌.
[Objective] To screen the efficient antagonistic strains from the soil.[Method] Nineteen antagonistic actinomycetes strains with significant inhibitory effect against Fusarium oxyaporum f.sp.melonis were obtained through isolation from the soil of melon and other fruit garden,their control efficacies to melon Fusarium wilt was detected.The impact of environmental factors antagonistic strains was made a preliminary determination.[Result] The result showed that antagonistic actinomycetes strains SY1 、SY14、S10、S14、S16 and 47 were significantly inhibitory to Fusarium oxyaporum f.sp.melonis and that inhibitive zones that they produced ranged from 12.25 mm to 19.50 mm on PDA plates.The optimal growth temperature and pH was 30-40 ℃ and 6-7.[Conclusion] According to the observations of morphological characters,physiological and biochemical tests,strains SY 1、SY14、S10、S14、S16 and 47 were Micromonospora and Streptomyces and Microbispora.
