细胞周期依赖性蛋白激酶调节蛋白与脑肿瘤的研究进展
Advances in studies of cyclin-dependent kinase in regulation of protein and brain tumors
摘要
肿瘤是一类细胞周期性疾病(cellcycle disease)。细胞周期依赖性蛋白激酶(CDK)的时相性激活是细胞周期调控机制的核心,其调节蛋白包括细胞周期蛋白(cyclin)、CDK抑制物(CKI)等。细胞周期蛋白发挥正调节作用,CKI发挥负调节作用。脑肿瘤发生、发展的主要机制与细胞周期蛋白和CKI的失衡有关。
