摘要
本文从学习者培训这一角度,寻找减少网络学习者学习障碍、提高网络教育质量的有效途径。本文分析了学习者培训的重要性,探讨了培训实施的内容及需要注意的问题。
This paper intends to seek effective measures to decrease learning barrier and elevate the quality of web-based education. In this paper the importance of learner training is analyzed and the content of training is discussed. Problems that should be paid attention are also considered.
