摘要
文章对我国古代文献关于权变思维、中和思维和研几思维的内容进行了提炼、综合和概括,并指出它们对现代企业管理的重大意义。文章首先论述了权变思维的依据、原则和方法,其次阐明了中和思维的内在含义及对管理者在方法和心性上的要求,最后探讨了研几思维的一般原理及其在企业管理中的应用。
