摘要
根据对2008北京奥运会志愿者需求的分析,总结历届奥运会志愿者培训的成功经验,全面研究了主题教育网站的功能和特点,提出了利用主题教育网站来培训奥运会志愿者的构想,运用工程的方法设计了奥运主题教育网站的原型,提供了一种全新的志愿者培训模式。
According to analysis on demand for 2008 Beijing Olympic volunteer, this paper summed up successful experience of all previous volunteer training of Olympic Games, comprehensively studied function and character of education website for training volunteer,put forwarded the method of using website to train Olympic volunteer. With the method of engineering ,the model of Olympic theme education website was designed. The main purpose was to provide new training model for training volunteer.
