摘要
今天企业间的竞争说到底是人才的竞争,竞争的优势直接取决于企业是否拥有能吸引、调动和有效管理员工的合适的人力资源管理系统。为了提高人才竞争优势,我国的人力资源管理必须以快速的步伐迈上科学化、专业化、制度化、人性化、个性化的发展道路。
The competiton among enterprises today is talents' competition after all, and the advantage of the competition directly depends on whether enterprises have established suitable human resources administrative system that can attract, shift and manage the staff effectively. In order to improve the talent competition advantage, the human resources management of our country must step on a scientific, specialized, institutionalized, humanized, and individualized development path with fast paces.
