摘要
以成人学士学位管理工作作为切入点,探讨以积极、有效的手段激励学生的主观能动性,激发其自信、发掘其潜能,以实现教育的根本目的的必要性和可能性。强调克服“权本位”、增强服务意识和规范化管理并举,是保证成人高等教育健康发展的根本之所在。
Based on the management of the adult bachelor＇s degree, the paper inquires into the effective method to stimulate the students＇ subjective initiative, arouse their self-confidence, explore for their proficiency, and inquires into the necessity and probability to achieve the basic purpose of education. The emphasis should be paid on overcoming ＂the power is everything＂ and strengthening employ both service consciousness and normative management which is basic to ensure the adult higher education develops soundly.
