摘要
文章介绍了加强高校后勤企业文化建设的作用与原则:是后勤社会化改革的基础和根本保障,要充分遵循市场法则和教育规律,高校后勤企业的服务与管理都要体现出人文关怀;高校后勤企业文化建设的内容;构建高校后勤企业文化的途径:领导者倡导、全员参与、宣传教育、目标激励,紧紧围绕高校软环境建设,切实地服务于高校育人。
The building of university rear-service enterprise civilization is the base and foundational guarantee. And it is one of the key elements to the success or failure of the rear-service socialized reform. The building of university rear-service enterprise civilization ought to abide by the law of market and the regularity of the education, the service and the management of the university rear-service enterprise should reflect the care, through various means, such as the initiative of the leader, the participation of whole, the propaganda and education, the encouragement of objective, closely around the building of the circumstances. It should put the social benefit above the first place. Meanwhile, it gives consideration to economic benefit, and practically gives service to the educational circumstances of the university.
