摘要
分析了大学文化是一种追求真理、追求理想和人生抱负,崇尚学术、严谨求是、具有强烈批判精神的文化。而大学精神则构成了大学文化的核心和灵魂,是大学文化个性方面的具体体现,是一所学校的优势所在。明确了大学精神建设应围绕大力加强思想道德建设和校园文化建设,着力培养学术大师,大力推动教育创新等方面进行了研究与实践。
It analyses that the culture of the university is the culture of pursuing the truth, ideal and aspiration of life, advocating academy, seeking truth rigorousy, having strong critique spirit. However, the spirit of the university, which forms the core and soul of the culture of the university, is the concrete expression of individual cultural of university, and the preponderance of the university. It defines that the spirit construction of the university should center on strengthening morals construction and culture construction on campus, putting forth effort to train the academic master, promoting research and practice on education innovation.
