摘要 当代美国艺术教育的发展主要由两大潮流组成:表现主义的艺术教育与科学理性主义的艺术教育。从20世纪末开始,美国艺术教育界人士继续对艺术教育的理论与实践进行新的思考与研究。近几年来,美国艺术教育的理论研究不再追求宏大的、统一的艺术教育理论与体系,而是更多地深入各具体的艺术门类中,对不同的艺术提出具体的艺术教育理念与构想。
