摘要
目的观察实验性膝关节退行性变模型血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)的变化及局部松解对其影响。方法36只家兔随机分为三组。正常对照组、模型空白组及模型松解治疗组各10只。经6周局部松解治疗后采用散射比浊法测定各组血清CRP的水平变化。结果模型组血中CRP显著增高(P<0.01);模型治疗组CRP含量明显降低(P<0.05),与正常组比较稍高,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论实验性膝关节退行性变模型神经内分泌免疫调节网络可能存在一些障碍;局部松解治疗对神经、内分泌及免疫功能有调节、改善作用。
Objective To investigate the change of C reactive protein (CRP) in the serum of experimental knee joint degeneration model and the effects of local loosening therapy. Methods Thirty - six rabbits were divided into 3 groups at random, and used as model group, loosening therapy group and normal control. After six weeks of local loosening treatment, the change of CRP in each group was examined by the method of scattering ratio turbidity. Results CRP in the model group was obviously higher than that of the normal control (P〈 0. 0l). It was decreased greatly in the treatment group, and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and normal control (P〈0. 05). Conclusion There might be some disorder in the neuroendocrine regulation network in the experimental knee ioint degeneration model. The local loosening therapy can improve nervous, endocrine and immunological function.
