摘要
目的评价开放复位跟骨钢板联合克氏针轴向固定治疗跟骨骨折的治疗效果.方法对23例(26侧)跟骨骨折病例行开放复位加跟骨钢板联合克氏针轴向固定治疗.结果经12～41个月随访,根据Maryland足部评分标准,优14侧、良7侧、中4侧、差1侧,优良率占80.77%.结论跟骨钢板联合克氏针轴向固定治疗跟骨骨折是一种有效的治疗方法.
Objective To evaluate the effects of open reduction and internal fixation with axial fixation of Kirschner wire and calcaneal plate in treatment of calcaneal fracture. Methods 26 calcaneal fractures in 23 patients were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with axial fixation of Kirschner wires and calcaneal plates. Results All cases were followed up from 12 to 41 months and evaluated according to Maryland Foot Score System. The hindfoot function was excellent in 14 sides, good in 7, fair in 4, and poor in 1, and the excellent and good rate reached 80. 77%. Conclusions Open reduction and internal fixation with axial fixation of Kirschner wire and calcaneal plate is an efficacious choice to treat calcaneal fracture.
