调剖堵水的潜力、限度和发展趋势 被引量:60

POTENTIALITY, LIMITATION AND DEVELOPING TENDENCY OF PROFILE CONTROL AND WATER SHUTOFF

摘要 油田试验证明调剖堵水仍很有潜力,这一方面是由于试验区的采出程度低,另一方面是由于近年来区块整体调剖堵水技术在决策技术和堵剂技术上有新的突破。调剖堵水的潜力随着开发时间的推移而逐渐减小。调剖堵水有两个限度:一个是堵剂使用的数量限度;另一个是堵剂作用机理的限度。调剖堵水的发展趋势表现为对这两个限度的突破所进行的努力,其中包括降低堵剂成本,合理组合堵剂,把握堵剂注入时机,延长堵剂有效期,提高堵剂的整体效果,发展一种在最大限度发挥二次采油作用的同时进行有限度三次采油的技术(“2+3”技术)。 The tests of oilfields show that profile control and water shutoff have still quite a lot of potentiality. This is not only because recovery percent of reserves in the pilots is low, but also because the techniques of profile control and water shutoff in whole block have a new breakthrough in decision making technique and plugging agent technique. The potentiality of profile control and water shutoff will decrease with passage of development time. There are two limitations in profile control and water shutoff. One is the limitation of amount of plugging agents, and the other is the limitation of the role of plugging agents. The developmental tendency of profile control and water shutoff implies every efforts made for the breakthrough of the two limitations, such as decreasing the cost of plugging agents, reasonable combination of plugging agents, seizing the right time of injection of plugging agent, extending the period of validity, increasing the integral effect of plugging agent and developing the technique of 2+3 which is the technique of conducting limited tertiary oil recovery at the same time of conducting full secordary oil recovery.
