摘要
以上海海洋大学工业工程临港重装备制造创新实习基地为例,分析了实习基地的建设目标,提出了建设思路和建设内容,具体包括组织机制建设、基地教学条件建设、指导教师队伍建设、实习项目设计开发与建设、实习质量的监控体系五大部分,最后对工业工程创新实习基地的组织管理模式进行了初步探索。
Analyze the construction goal of innovation practice-base for industrial engineering,then study the case of Shanghai Ocean University,and put forward the construction thinking and content of the innovation practice-base.Finally,it discusses the organization management style of innovation practice-base.
