摘要
在分析我国企业人力资源管理现状和存在问题的基础上,结合多年来的工作经验,从四个方面提出了发挥企业人力资源管理战略作用的方法。
On the basis of analyzing of the corporate human resources management stafus and problems,combining with years of experience,propose to play a strategic role of human resource management approach form four aspects.
