摘要
综述了我国畜禽产品质量安全的危害来源和兽药残留的危害表现,详细分析了兽药残留产生的原因,并提出了解决兽药残留问题的对策和思路.
The hazard origins of quality safety in animal products were summarized in this paper,and the reasons for producing the veterinary drug residues were analyzed in detail.Finally,some recommendations and countermeasures to solve the veterinary drug residues were put forward.
