摘要
依据制备SiO2超细粒子的形成机理,采用传统沉淀法,考察了各因素对SiO2粒子粒度的影响,包括水玻璃、表面活性剂和分散剂、沉淀剂和沉淀方式对粒径的影响,总结出各因素影响SiO2粒子粒度的一些变化规律.研究重点侧重于改进其分散性能,降低SiO2二次粒子聚集体尺寸,避免三次粒子的团聚,得到的高分散性沉淀法SiO2的粒度大小接近于纳米尺度.
Base on the forming mechanism of silicon dioxide micro-size particles, adopts Traditional Chemical Precipitation Method and inspects factors of silicon dioxide grain size includ silicate, surfactant, dispersant, precipitator and deposition fashions, some rules on grain size are summarized for the reference. The main study is to improve on its scattered performance, reduces the size of polymer chain of secondary particles, avoids reuniting larger cluster, and produces the super-scattered modified starch which grain size is near nanometer-sized.
