区域水资源承载能力的模糊优选评判分析及其在张掖地区的应用 被引量:5

摘要 基于模糊识别理论,建立了模糊优选识别评判法,并将其应用于黑河中游张掖地区水资源承载力评价中。在应用该方法时,首先设定不同目标下的情景方案,再利用层次分析法确定各评价指标权重,最后利用文中提出的多目标模糊优选识别评判法对选定区域进行水资源承载力及未来发展前景进行综合分析,评价分析结果了说明方法的合理性。 Based on the fuzzy recognition theory,a judging method for the fuzzy optimization recognition is established and is applied to the evaluation made on the water resources carrying capacity of Zhangye District within the area of the midstream of Heihe River.When applying this method,the scenario alternatives for various objectives are set up at first,and then the weights of all the evaluation indexes are determined with the analytic hierarchy process,and finally the comprehensive analysis on the water resources carrying capacity of the selected region and its future development prospect is made with the judgment method given herein for the fuzzy optimization recognition of the multi-objectives concerned.The evaluating result shows that this method is reasonable and feasible.
