摘要
目的探讨脾脏错构瘤的MRI表现,提高MRI对该病的认识和诊断水平.方法对经手术病理证实的8例脾脏错构瘤MRI资料进行回顾性分析.结果脾脏错构瘤的MRI表现:T1WI呈等信号或略低信号,T2WI呈不同程度的高信号,动态增强扫描病灶呈渐进性强化.结论脾脏错构瘤具有特征性的MRI表现,MRI对脾脏错构瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要的价值.
Objective To investigate the MR findings of splenic hamartoma(SH),so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Method The MRI features of SH proved by surgery and pathology in 8 patients were reviewed retrospectively.Results The MRI features of SH were as following:isointensity or hypointensity on TIWI,varying degrees of hypeintensity on T2WI,and diffuse progressive enhancement in all phases of dynamic enhanced MRI.Conclusion Splenic Hamartoma has typical MR manifestations,MRI is valuable in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Splenic Hamartoma.
