摘要
目的:分析胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT表现,探讨多层螺旋CT对胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的临床诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的5例胰腺实性假乳头状瘤患者的临床资料和CT表现。结果:5例肿瘤均呈类圆形囊实性肿块,3例肿瘤内及边缘见斑点状、条状钙化;增强后肿瘤囊性部分各期均不强化,实质部分渐进性强化,可见肿瘤边缘呈线条状强化,所有病灶在各期强化均低于正常胰腺实质。结论:胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的多层螺旋CT表现具一定的特征性,CT对其临床诊断及治疗具有指导意义。
Objective： To study the CT manifestations of the solid pseudopapillary tumors of pancreas（SPTP） and to explore the CT diagnostic value. Methods： CT features of five patients with pathologically proved SPTP were retrospectively analyzed. Results：There were solid and cystic structures within the neoplasm, calcification was noted in 3 cases, such as the spot, line-like or patchy calcification. The cystic portions appeared hypo-attenuation on both pre-contrast and post-contrast views. The solid portions were obviously enhanced in the arterial phase, and the density of them was slightly higher in portal venous phase on post-contrast CT, but lower than normal pancreas in both phases. Conclusion.. The solid pseudopapillary tumors of pancreas have characteristic CT features, multislice spiral CT is helpful for clinical diagnosis and guiding treatment.
