摘要
重在阐明高校辅导员队伍建设长效机制的内涵和意义,揭示高校辅导员队伍建设注重长效机制的战略地位。按照长效机制的一般要求,辅导员队伍长效机制建设要注重从选聘机制、培养机制、管理机制、发展机制等四个方面开展,坚持以科学发展观为指导,健全领导体制,加强监督检查,确保辅导员队伍建设长效机制得到贯彻落实。
The focus is on the elaboration of the connotation,significance and strategic status of the long-tern mechanism of political counsellor team construction in college and university.In accordance with the criteria of long-term mechanism,the long-term mechanism construction of political counsellors involves selecting mechanism,cultivating mechanism,managing mechanism and developing mechanism respectively.In the meantime,the scientific outlook on development is to be adopted as a general guideline,leadership mechanism to be improved and the system of monitoring and supervision to be enhanced in order to guarantee the implementation of the long-term mechanism of political counsellor team construction in college and university.
