摘要
目的研究蜂胶中总黄酮和总多酚的最佳提取工艺参数和各因素的影响.方法设计正交实验,采用冷浸法、水浴法和超声法提取总黄酮和总多酚.结果采用超声波法,其提取总黄酮最佳工艺参数为乙醇浓度80%,超声时间30 min、料液比1:16;其提取总多酚最佳工艺参数为乙醇浓度90%、提取时间15 min、料液比1:16.结论 3种提取方程法相比较,超声波法较佳.
Objective To study the optimum conditions for ectraction of flavonoids and poly phenols from propolis.Method We studied the optimum conditions and the significance of the influencing factors for the extraction of flavonoids and polyphenols from Propolis with merceration,water bath and ultrasonic wave by using orthoganol design.Results The optimal processing parameters of ultrasonic method extracting flavonoids were as following:the concentration of ethanol was 80%,extracting time was 30 min,material liquid ratio was 1:16.Optimal processing parameters of ultrasonic method extracting polyphenols were as following: the concentration of ethano was 90%,extracting time was 15 min,material liquid ratio was 1:16.Conclusion ultrasonic method is the best in the three extraction methods.
