摘要
党的十七大报告突显了教育公平在社会主义建设中的重要作用。由于我国城乡二元社会结构下的二元教育体制,城乡基础教育的差距在进一步加大。本文通过对我国城乡二元社会结构下的教育体制性障碍分析,挖掘了城乡体制性教育不公平的深层次原因,并对城乡二元结构下基础教育公平的制度改革路径进行了初步探索。
Due to urban-rural dual education system under urban-rural dual structure in China,basic education gap between the urban and rural areas is further widening.In this paper the limitations which lead to unfair urban-rural education system were discussed,and path to reform fair basic education policies under the dual structure was proposed through the analysis of systematic obstacles in education under the dual structure.
