摘要
为研究天一圆蓝瘟毒康(复方黄芪多糖注射液)对家兔细胞免疫功能的影响,利用E玫瑰花环试验检测了家兔正常Et-花环形成率、Ea-花环形成率、药物体外作用后Ea-花环形成率以及体内用药后24 h Ea-花环形成率.结果表明:家兔Et-花环正常值为67.90%±2.45%,Ea-花环正常值为48.72%±4.37%;天一圆蓝瘟毒康体外试验Ea-花环形成率为61.66%±1.39%,体内试验Ea-花环形成率69.03%±0.99%,均有明显升高.天一圆蓝瘟毒康对动物细胞免疫功能的提高具有十分明显的作用,为该制剂的临床应用提供了理论依据.
To study the effects of Yuanlanwendukang on cellular immunity function of rabbit,erythrocyte-rosette formation test was used in this experiment to test the normal rate of rabbit erythrocyte-rosette formation,erythrocyte-rosette formation rate,erythrocyte-rosette formationrate rate after drug effection in vitro and administrationin in vivo after 24 h.The result shows that the normal value of Et-rosette and Ea-rosette are 67.90%±2.45% and 48.725±4.37% respectively,Ea-rosette formation rate of Yuanlanwendukang in vitro or vivo are 61.66%±1.395 and 69.035±0.99% respectively.Its rise is obvious.The results showed that Yuanlanwendukang improves cellular immune function of animals significantly,providing theory basis for the drug's clinical application.
