摘要
平利县根据"十二五"规划建设和的具体情况,对生态功能区划的原则和方法进行初步探讨,并结合3S技术提出了生态功能区划的初步方案。将县域划分为北部低山川道粮油、林业生态功能区,中部中山粮、茶、药、特及矿产开发、农工贸综合生态经济区和南部高山水源涵养及特色旅游功能区三个区,分析并提出每个区的功能定位和产业发展方向,为政府决策提供一定的依据。
According to 'The Twelfth Five-Year Guideline' construction plan and the specific situation in Pingli county,the article primarily discusses the principle and method of the ecosystem effect area this county.Combined with the 3S technique,it puts forward the preliminary program of the ecological function division in Pingli county.The county divides into three sections which are the northern low mountains and way of grain,forestry ecological functional areas,the central zhongshan food,tea,medicine,special and mineral development comprehensive ecological economic zone and south mountain water conservation and special tourism function.With brief analysis of each function orientation and industry development direction,it provides the government some basis for decision-making.
