摘要
采用挤压铸造法制备了体积分数为30%的Al2O3p/2024Al复合材料,对材料在不同温度下进行热挤压试验,并对复合材料的力学性能进行了测试,同时利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜观察了复合材料压铸态和挤压态的微观组织。结果表明:热挤压改善了材料的组织,提高了材料的力学性能。随后的T6处理进一步提升了复合材料的力学性能,特别是小变形抗力。
Al2O3p/2024 with volume fraction 30% of Al2O3p was fabrixated by extrusion casting method. Mechanical properties of the composites at different temperatures were tested. The microstructure of composites casted and extruded was observed by optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The mechanical properties and microstructure were improved greatly by hot extrusion. T6 treatment also increased the mechanical properties, especially the sub-yield properties.
