摘要
研究了外源NO供体(SNP)对高温胁迫下半夏抗氧化酶及相关生理指标的影响。结果表明,100、200μmol/L SNP提高了半夏叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,增加了游离脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量,降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量。由此可见,适宜浓度的SNP可提高半夏抗氧化能力,缓解高温胁迫造成的伤害。
The effects of exogenous nitric oxide donor(SNP,sodium nitroprusside) on the activity of antioxidant enzymes and other physiological indexes in Pinellia ternata under high temperature stress were studied.The results showed that SNP at the concentrations of 100 μmol/L and 200 μmol/L increased the activities of SOD,POD and CAT,enhanced the contents of proline,soluble sucrose and soluble protein in the leaves of P.ternata,but decreased the content of MDA.The above results revealed that SNP at proper concentration could promote the antioxidant ability of P.temata and relieve the harm of high temperature stress to P.ternata.
