摘要
目的:调查社区护理师资培训人员状况、培训满意度、培训需求,为进一步开展社区护理师资人员培训提供依据。方法:对参加卫生部全科医学培训中心社区护理师资培训的64名人员进行问卷调查。采用秩和检验等方法统计分析。结果:来自三甲医院的护理师资学历高于来自社区的护理师资,职称主要集中在中级;提高教学的针对性和培训内容的实用性有助于提高培训满意度;有必要接受全面培训,加强带教管理经验介绍,注重学员经验的交流。结论:进一步提高培训满意度,满足培训需求,积极参与、努力开发新型培训项目。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to articulate factors that influence training satisfaction and demands among nursing preceptors(NPs) in their training environment and to promote further training programs.Methods:A questionnaire was administered to 64 NPs entering GPs'(general practitioners) training programs.NPs were asked to indicate their background information,training satisfaction and demands.Rank sum tests were employed to examine the satisfaction and demands of the training program.Results:Background information analysis showed that NPs working in hospitals favored education background as compared to NPs in CHS(community health service).The professional Status of most NPs were middle-level title.Teaching experience yielded a significant difference in desire to becoming a NP.Improving the utility of training can help to elevating satisfaction.NPs preferred more communication during the training program.Conclusion:Improving training satisfaction,meeting training demands as well as devoting into the exploitation of new patterns of training programs.
