摘要
可持续发展已经成为人类文明必然的选择。本文探讨了可持续发展和可持续发展教育的源流,从大学面临的挑战和大学的作用两方面对可持续发展、可持续发展教育与大学的关系进行了讨论,并在对"绿色学校"和"绿色大学"的内涵进行分析的基础上,提出面向可持续发展的大学的发展方向。
Sustainable Development has become an inevitable option for the Human.Universities must take necessary action for that.The article focused on the challenges for universities and significances of universities in era of sustainable development.After brief reviewing the history and very nature of sustainable development and education for sustainable development(education for sustainability),as well as discussing relationship between university and them,the author reckoned that 'Green University' would be one direction of university in 21 century.
