摘要
高等学校分类办学的意义,在于引导高等学校主动在办学功能、办学目标、办学特色等方面做出科学合理定位。当前我国分类办学迟迟难以落到实处的关键,在于政府引导、规范分类办学的相关制度不健全,高校分类发展、特色发展的动力不足。要确保高等学校能够依据自身的比较优势主动做出科学合理定位,需要政府和高校的共同努力。
The value of classified school-running in higher education is to help higher education institutions doing scientific orientation on social function,objective and characteristic etc.Because the system is not prefect,the substantial progress hasn t been made in the classification of higher education.In order to guide higher education institutions making scientific orientation,government and higher education institutions must make joint efforts.
