科学发展观是我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针,是发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想。贯彻落实科学发展观,自觉地把学习贯彻科学发展观的成果转化为创新管理体制的科学思路,转化为正确的方针政策,转化为促进科学发展的实际能力和自觉行动,对于进一步推进高校管理体制创新,具有极为重要的指导意义。
