摘要
通过对参加瑜伽运动的女大学生运动损伤的特点、部位、种类,以及造成运动损伤原因进行调查分析。结果发现,女大学生瑜伽运动损伤多以肌肉、韧带拉伤为主,集中在头部、颈部、脊椎、腰部和腿部。损伤的主要原因是动作错误和超出了自身身体承受的程度,同时提出了预防瑜伽运动损伤的措施和建议。
By investing and analyzing the features,positions,types,and causes of the sports injury of those female college students who participate in Yoga.It has been found that the main injuries are muscle strain and ligament injury.Besides,the injuries focus on head,neck,vertebra,waist,and leg.The main causes are that the actions are wrong and it s beyond their tolerance level of body.Meanwhile,the paper put forward measures and suggestions to prevent Yoga injury.
