儿童额顶叶工作记忆任务的功能性磁共振成像研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:联合应用血氧水平依赖(BOLD)-fMRI和扩散张量成像(DTI)两种功能磁共振成像技术,研究正常儿童工作记忆任务中额顶叶皮层激活强度与额顶叶各部位白质纤维束扩散特性之间的关系。方法:搜集健康志愿者12例,男女各6例,平均年龄11.4岁。以步进式视觉累加实验(PVSAT)作为刺激模式,对所有儿童进行BOLD-fMRI扫描获得激活图,并以相同的定位及层厚进行DTI扫描得到FA图。将两者叠加,在叠加图上选取左额顶叶白质兴趣区(ROI)测量其FA值。并对不同部位FA值与左前额叶背侧区(DLPFC)激活像素数量的相关性进行统计学分析。结果:额顶叶皮层为工作记忆功能最主要的激活区。其中双侧的顶下小叶区(BA40区),额下回(BA44及45区)可见激活,而优势半球(左侧)较对侧激活区大、像素多。将脑激活图叠加于FA图,可见脑的激活像素几乎全部位于各向异性程度低的区域。左额顶间白质FA值与左侧DLPFC激活区像素数量存在相关性(r=0.822,P=0.001)。结论:联合应用fMRI和DTI技术有助于研究儿童工作记忆过程中的功能变化与解剖结构特性之间的关系。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between activity of fronto-parietal lobe cortex in working memory task and the fibrous tract anisotropy of white matter in the same region of normal children with blood oxygen leve-dependent functional MRI(BOLD fMRI) and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) techniques.Methods:Twelve healthy children volunteers(6 males,6 females,mean age 11.4 years) were recruited.Paced visual serial addition test(PVSAT) was used as the mode of stimulation,BOLD fMRI was performed in all 12 ...
