摘要
目的:探讨乳腺X线摄片中乳腺微小钙化对乳腺疾病诊断的价值。方法:对乳腺X线摄片中发现乳腺微小钙化并经病理组织学证实的60例病例进行观察,分析微小钙化的密度、大小形态与数量,并与病理结果进行对照分析。结果:乳腺X线摄片中见微小钙化灶97个,60例中乳腺癌41例(68.3%),良性病变19例(31.7%)。良恶性肿瘤微小钙化灶密度、大小差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单位面积内钙化数量在良恶性肿瘤间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。微小钙化为浅钙化灶、钙化小、数量少提示为早期和无转移肿瘤。结论:微小钙化在发现乳腺疾病、定性及早期诊断中具有重要的临床意义。
Objective:To study the diagnostic value of the micro-calcifications assessed on mammogram for the diagnosis of breast diseases.Methods:Micro-calcifications assessed on mammogram in 60 female patients with histo-pathology proved breast diseases were reviewed.The density,size,morphology and number of the micro-calcifications in breast diseases were analyzed and correlated with pathology.Results:Of the 60 patients,totally ninety-seven lesions having micro-calcifications were detected.There were forty-one cases...
