外周T细胞淋巴瘤治疗进展 被引量：2

摘要 广义的外周 T 细胞淋巴瘤是非霍奇金淋巴瘤的一种,起源于异质性的成熟T细胞,属于侵袭性淋巴瘤,包括非特异性外周 T 细胞淋巴瘤(PTCL-U)、NK/T 细胞淋巴瘤、血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤、皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤、肠病型T细胞淋巴瘤等,以PTCL-U最为常见.一般我们认为的外周T细胞淋巴瘤为PTCL-U.PTCL-U是指在PTCL中除已明确类型(如NK/T 细胞淋巴瘤、血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤、皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤、肠病相关T细胞淋巴瘤、间变大细胞性淋巴瘤、蕈样霉菌病等)的外周T细胞淋巴瘤外,缺乏其他特征,未能独立分型的一类T细胞来源淋巴瘤.本文主要讨论PTCL-U的治疗研究进展.
