摘要
目的:探讨口腔癌中iNOS及COX-2在表达与意义。方法:以正常口腔粘膜20例做对照,用免疫组化SP法检测iNOS及COX-2在43例口腔癌中组织中表达水平。结果:43例口腔癌中iNOS和COX-2的阳性表达率为85.9%和46.5%,二者的表达明显高于正常口腔粘膜(P<0.01)。iNOS与COX-2在口腔癌中的表达无相关性,伴淋巴结转移的口腔癌患者iNOS和COX-2的表达水平明显高于不伴淋巴转移者(P<0.05)。结论:iNOS和COX-2在口腔癌组织中阳性表达与口腔癌的生物学行为密切相关,两者可以作为临床判断口腔癌侵袭转移及估计预后的重要指标。
Objective:To study the expression and significance of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and cycloxygenase-2 (COX-2) in oral carcinoma. Methods: With 20 cases of normal oral as control, the expression of iNOS and COX-2 in 43 cases of oral carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry SP staining. Results:The expression rate of iNOS and COX-2 in 43 cases were 85.9% and 46.5%,higher than that in normal oral mucosa (P< 0.01) , the expression of iNOS wasnot correlated with that of COX-2 in oral carcinoma , the expression of iNOS and COX-2 in the group of positive lymph node metastasis was higher than that in negative lymph node metastasis (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The expression of iNOS and COX-2 are closely correlated in oral carcinoma, and may have clinical value for assessing the prognosis, metastasis and invasion of oral carcinoma.
