摘要
五虎汤水提物对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀，乙酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加及角叉菜胶、新鲜蛋清、组胺等致炎剂引起的大鼠足垫肿胀均呈明显的抑制作用，并抑制大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生，但对肾上腺及胸腺重量无显著影响。
Wu-Hu-Tang (WHT),a Chinese formulation which consists of seven crude drugs has been used in the treatment of asthma for hundreds of years.In the present study,the anti-inflammatory action of aqueous extract of WHT was reported. WHT inhibited the swelling of mouse ear lobes induced by xylene and the edema of hind paw elicited by subcutaneous injection of 1% carrageenin , fresh egg white or 0.2% histamine 0. 1 ml in rats. On the other hand , both the increase of capillary permeability induced by intraperitoneal injection of 0.7% acetic acid in mice and the proliferation of granuloma induced by cotten-pellet in rats were inhibited by WHT.
