摘要
基于水杨酸在pH2的盐酸介质中与Fe3+生成紫色络合物,在520nm处有强吸收,而乙酰水杨酸无干扰的原理,建立了流动注射光度法测定原料药乙酰水杨酸中杂质水杨酸的含量,方法快速、简便。在0.01~0.20mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,方法回收率为101.5%。
Salicylic acid reacts with Fe3+in pH 2 hydrochloric acid medium to form a violet complex,showing a strong atherption at 520 nm. A flow injection spectrophotometry for the determination of satlicylic acid in bulk pharmaceutical of acetyl salicylic acid is described based on the above reaction.The method is sensitive and accurate the linear range is from 0.01 to 0.20 mg/ml,and the recovery is 101.5%.Meanwhile,it has a high sampling rate of 90 samples per hour.
