摘要
本文用正交设计法对黄连素微囊的制备工艺进行了研究，研究表明用单凝聚法制备黄连素微囊，其包囊率与黄连素原料量、明胶浓度、包囊温度有关。当黄连素原料量是明胶液的５％，明胶液的浓度的２０％，包囊温度为５０℃时，其收得率最高。
The preparation technology of berberine microcapsules was evaluated with the method of orthogonal design.The results showed that with the simple agglutination method,the encapsulation rate was related to the quantity of berberine,the concentration of gelatin solution and the temperature of poeration.When 20%gelatin solution contained 5% berberine hydrochloride and the process of encapsulation was performed at a temperature of 50℃ the highest yield rate was obtained.
