摘要
从分离鉴定的48株致病性大肠杆菌中,筛选出4株流行广泛、致病力强、抗原性好,且为不同血清型的大肠杆菌作为制苗菌株;以蜂胶这一新型佐剂作为免疫佐剂,研制出的鸡大肠杆菌多价蜂胶灭活菌苗,使用安全,免疫效果好,近期保护率为100％,免疫期为6个月,疫苗制作简单,用苗后鸡群无不良反应。田间应用后鸡群发病率、死亡率下降,增重快,产蛋率增加,饲料利用率提高。
48 strains of chicken pathogenic E. coli were isolated and identificated. From these strains,four different serotype strains were selected as vaccine strains which had widespred epidemicrty,strong pathogenicity and better antigenicity. Propolis was used as immune adjuvant. The vaccine had. better immunogenicity and could be used safely and conveniently. Its short term protection rate was 100% and the druation of immunity lasted for 6 months.
