摘要
对河南十余家鸡场鸡大肠杆菌病进行了调查，主要表现为：败血型、气囊炎、心包炎、肝周炎和肠类型。分离出１０株具有溶血性的致病性大肠杆菌，血清型为Ｏ１，Ｏ２，Ｏ７８，Ｏ８６和Ｏ１１１。室内试验从２０余种抗菌素中筛选出庆大霉素、卡那霉等五种有效药物。
