摘要
对我省流行的疑似猪病毒性腹泻进行了病原诊断及免疫研究,通过细菌培养、RNA电泳、动物回归、电镜形态观察和免疫荧光抗体检查,确诊该病病原为猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)与猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)混合感染。混合毒代号为TPV3。用该毒人工感染仔猪发病,能获得坚强免疫力,灭活苗进行主、被动免疫对仔猪有良好免疫效果,口服接种优于后海穴位注射,接苗后14天产生免疫力,免疫4个月以上仍具有坚强免疫力,田间接种仔猪2802头,平均保护率达93.23%,现场紧急预防猪483头,死亡率比未预防猪下降九点三个百分点。
An epidemic pig disease ,simillar to virus diarrhoea, was examed in terms of etiology and immuology. It was diagnosed as TGEV and PEDV mixing infection, by means of batcieria culture, RNA electrophoresis, animal regression, morphological observation under electroni microscope and Immunofluorescence tests. Mixing viruses were called TPV3. Reliable immunity could be gained when piglets were artificially reinfected after first inoculation. When piglets were actively and possitively inoculeted by inictivated Vaccine, immunity could be gained in 14 days and keep for over 4 months. Orally inoculation was superior to Hou Hai Xue injection. 2802 piglets were inoculated in the field,average protective rate was 93. 23%. 483 piglets were inoculated in emergency,motalitty rate was 9. 3% lower than the non-inl-culated ones.
