摘要
报道３例喉癌、下咽癌切除后所致的喉咽、食道缺损，采用胸大肌肌皮瓣转移修复，均获成功。经随访６个月～３年，全部恢复了吞咽功能，全身营养得到改善。未见复发及转移。讨论了手术的优点。
The
pectoralis major myocutaneous flap was used to repair laryngopharyngeal and
esophagealdefect following radical excision of pharyngeal and inferior laryngeal carcinomas in
3 cases.T heresults were susscessful.T he patients were follwed up for 6 months to 3 years.T
he deglutitionfunctions were all reestablished,the general nutritional conditions were improved,
and no recur-rence or distant metastasis was observed.The advantages of this operative
procedure were dis-cussed.
