摘要
作者采用改良手术方法:全切半球皮质后用肌瓣、明胶海绵堵住Monro孔并将之缝在脑镰上固定,并用基底节覆盖住,游离颅底硬膜将硬膜缝于基底节周围和大脑镰、小脑幕及颅底,从而缩小硬膜下腔。本组14例,随访1～2.5年,癫痫均获控制无手术并发症。
Modified hemispherectomy for infantile hemiplegia with epilepsy in 14 cases are reported. All patients Were seizure free without post operative complications.The technique consists of obstructing forame Moro by a piece of muscle and jellform sponge which was fixed to the falx and reducing the subdural space by suturing the dura to the falx tentoriurn skull base.The purpose was to prevent the late complication after hemispherectomy, such as subdural hemorrhage,hydrocephalus and hemosiderosis.
