摘要
在20只家兔以闭塞双侧颈总动脉及椎动脉法复制急性脑缺血模型,观察不同时间缺血后再灌注120分钟脑组织损害的特点,并与对照组比较。结果表明:15与30分钟缺血再灌组的EEG抑制可以不同程度的恢复,LDH活性无明显变化,而缺血60分钟再灌组的EEG一直处于严重抑制状态,甚至呈等电线,LDH活性明显增高(P<0.05,P<0.005)。15分钟缺血再灌组大脑皮层超微结构无明显改变;30分钟缺血再灌组可见神经细胞染色质浓缩靠边,线粒体肿胀,内质网扩张;60分钟缺血再灌组则上述变化更加明显,且毛细血管周围有明显积液,表明,兔4根血管闭塞性脑缺血60分钟再灌注120分钟,大脑损害进入不可逆阶段,而缺血30分钟再灌120分钟的脑损害尚属可逆性改变。
Acute cerebral ischemia model was performed in twenty rabbits by occlusion bilateral carotid and vertebral arteries, The results indicated that 15 minutes and 80 minutes after clamping the 4 arteries the EEG showed normal,the activity of EDH no any significant change.As cerebral ischemia lasted to 60 minutes,the EEG became consistently suppressed and isoelectric.The activity of LDH elevated significantly (p<0.05, p<0.0005).Pathologically the ultrastructural features showed normal in the early 15 minutes were normal,while 30 minutes after clamping the 4 arteries,the margination of condensed of nuclear chromatin,mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum swolling were observed.As cerebrel ischemia lasted to 60 minutes these changes became more obviousely. The nuclear membrane outline was invisible, endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria were swollen and the mitochondrial crist ae were ruptured:pericapillary cavities were enlarged with hydrops.The cerebral matrix became hemorrhaged.This study indicated that the brain damage became irreversible after stop the cerebral blood circulation for 60 minutes.If cerebral ischemia persist for 30 minutes and the blood circulation reestablished at 120 minutes,the damaged nerve cells may be reversed in some degree.
