氟哌啶醇与电针对吗啡依赖大鼠的行为和中枢阿片肽系统的影响 被引量:4

摘要 对吗啡依赖大鼠用氟哌啶醇、氟哌啶醇加电针治疗过程中地点偏好(相当于成瘾者的寻求用药行为)和躯体戒断反应的变化,结合活体上伏隔核细胞外液阿片肽含量、下丘脑POMCmRNA表达的改变进行研究,发现氟哌啶醇以及氟哌啶醇加电针均能显著降低躯体戒断反应,促进依赖机体中枢阿片肽的恢复,但是这两种治疗方法对心理依赖疗效欠佳。 This study investigates and comparea the responses of morphine dependent rats to haloperidol or haloperidol plus electrical acupuncture treatment during the detoxification process.Rate,behavior such as the physical withdrawal signs and place preferences were evaluated.The contents of endorphin,enkephrin,dynorphin released within the rats'nucleus accumbens in vivo, and the gene expression levels of POMC RNA in the hypothalamus were estimated,accordingly.It was found that both treatments were able to lessen the rats' physical withdrawal syndromes significantly and to facilitate the biochemical changes happened in CNS of morphine dependent rats restore to the normal The therapeutic effects of electrical acupuncture are superior to that of haloperidol treatment alone,but neither treatment was capable of clearing up rats'prefereoce to the place were moaphine had been admimistered repeatedly.
