摘要
本文分析了１１２例服大量精神药物企图自杀急入院患者的临床资料，发现抑郁情绪是导致服毒自杀的主要原因。服氯氮平或氯氮平及安定者昏迷发生率高；吞服药物剂量愈大昏迷发生率愈高；服药４小时后被发现者昏迷发生率高。利他林对促使意识的恢复具有一定作用。
cases committed suicide by taken large dose psychotropies were studied. The result shows that depression usually causes committing suicide.Clozapine or Clozapine combining with diazepam are most susceptible to coma. The higher dose is taken,the more coma is induced. The suicides being found after 4 hours of poisoning usually are in coma state.Ritalin is helpful to recovering.
